We allocate a PM to each project who follows the process through from beginning to end including modularisation of the initial product ensuring everything is perfect before production starts in full. In most cases the Design Engineer involved in the early stages of the project will Project Manage the project right through our process.
The PM will maintain a constant and clear line of communication with you providing regular information regarding all aspects of the process your product is going through at the time. This may be in the Development stage, Production, Modularisation, Quality Control and Logistics.

Based on the information you provide in initial discussions our offshore manufacturing specialists will then craft a customized project plan just for you. Every detail of the offshore manufacturing process will be laid out in this action plan, and we’ll also include an estimate of what you can expect in terms of time and cost investment, to bring your product to launch.
